In order to become one of Clear Lake Golf Courses pass holders, please fill out the 2008 Season Pass Renewal Forms and submit it via fax to attention Susan Usick @ 204-848-2109 or email it to info@clearlakegolfcourse.com. Be sure to get your forms in early to take advantage of our Early Bird Special.
